Belly Wrap - Abdominal Support

• Wrap from the bottom up: Start at your hips and wrap up around your pelvis and lower abdomen. Wrapping down can put too much pressure on your pelvic floor. 
• Don't wrap too tight: Wrapping too tightly can put too much pressure on your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, which can lead to hernias and prolapse. It can also make it hard to breathe. 
• Take breaks: Don't wear a belly wrap all day. Overwearing it can cause your muscles and ligaments to become overdependent. 
• Check with your doctor: Before using a belly wrap, you should check with your obstetrician or other medical professional. If you had a c-section, you should check with your doctor before using a belly wrap, as it might not be suitable if you've had complications. 
• Wear comfortable clothes: Wear form fitting clothes without buttons or zippers. 
• Clean the belly band: Clean the belly band to avoid infection and irritation. 
• Gradually increase the time: Start by wearing the belly band for one hour a day, then increase the time gradually.
